ENROLLMENT

To enroll a new student at Ralston Valley High School, please contact the registrar, Sue Halgren for an appointment. She will need four items to start the enrollment process:

Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency (utility bill or contract)
Transcript from previous school

CHOICE ENROLLMENT

Families who wish to enroll their student in a school other than their neighborhood school must complete a Choice Enrollment Application. Applications are available at:

2010-2011 Choice Enrollment Information

Applications for First Round Choice Enrollment are accepted in January for the following school year. Students are accepted on a space available basis. Round one applications are prioritized through a lottery process. Waiting lists, which are prioritized, will be created if applicants exceed space available at the school. A separate application must be completed and submitted for each child.

Second Round Choice Enrollment applications will be accepted from February through August with students placed on a waitlist on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that transportation is not provided for choice students, and that a change of schools may affect athletic eligibility.

TRANSCRIPTS

Records for students who graduated two years ago or before have been sent to the District. For transcript requests, please call Jeffco Student Records: 303-982-6715.

Students who have graduated in the past year and current seniors may request transcripts from the Registrar. Please pay $5 in the financial office for each transcript requested. Bring the receipt and a completed transcript request form to Ms. Halgren in the Counseling Office. Click here for a transcript request form.
